WSC AGM - Monday 14 December - 6:00pm
Notice is given to all members of Williamstown Soccer Club Inc ("Club") that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 6:00pm on Monday 14th December 2020 in the Courtyard Room, Customs House Hotel, 161 Nelson Place, Williamstown, 3016.
The general nature of the business of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Report of Club Activities;
2. Review of Club Finances and Banking;
3. Special business as set out here or as submitted by members in accordance with the Constitution for inclusion as special business;
4. Election of Office Bearers and Club Officials for 2020/2021.
Notice of Motion;
A member desiring to bring any business before a general meeting may give notice in writing of that business to the Secretary who shall include that business in the agenda.
Proxy votes:
Each member shall be entitled to appoint another member as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which proxy is appointed.
