WSC 2023 Staffing Announcement - Meet Jesse!
Williamstown SC is pleased to formally introduce Jesse Nagy as Technical Director of our Accelerator Program (initially targeted at our Boys u9 to u13 Kanga Teams).
Jesse will oversee this Skills Acquisition Phase (SAP) section of our Junior Boys teams. This is a pilot program we are trialling for the 2023 season, and the club hopes to rollout this model of a Phase Lead Coach/Technical director throughout the rest of the sections of our Junior Girls and Boys structure in seasons to come.
Combined with this exciting program, Jesse has also committed to his 6th straight year as Coach of our Men’s Reserve team as well as our U18A team for 2023.
We look forward to the continued progress of both these performance phase teams following on from their successful 2022 campaigns where both teams finished as champions, and multiple junior players progressed up to their first opportunity to play senior football.
Jesse has been with our club for 7 years, during which time he has demonstrated a remarkable dedication to his coaching craft, particularly in the development of younger players. Many of which have progressed into NPL and even A-league academy systems, with Jesse himself also securing a position with A-league (and Williamstown SC partner club), Western United, through their United Football and Schools programs.
We look forward to having Jesse back onboard in a more comprehensive capacity with our club.

Nagy Football Development, by running additional Saturday morning training sessions and school holiday programs, which will be open to all WSC juniors players as well as the broader community!
