Williamstown Soccer Club AGM 2022
Notice is given to all members of Williamstown Soccer Club Inc. (“Club”) that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at:
6:00pm on Wednesday 9 November 2022 in the Courtyard Room, Customs House Hotel, 161 Nelson Place, Williamstown, 3016.
The general nature of the business of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Report of Club Activities;
3. Special business as set out here or as submitted by members in accordance with the Constitution for inclusion as special business;
4. Election of Office Bearers and Club Officials for 2022/2023.
Notice of Motion:
A member desiring to bring any business before a general meeting must give notice in writing of that business to the Secretary by 5:00pm Wednesday 9th November 2022 who shall include that business in the agenda.
Proxy votes:
Each member shall be entitled to appoint another member as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which proxy is appointed.
Nominations:
All committee positions will be declared vacant and nominations will be open for the 2023 season.
Nominations close Friday 4 November 2022.

Meals are available & may be pre-purchased upon arrival which will be served after the conclusion of the AGM.
