Williamstown SC 2017 AGM

Notice is given to all members of Williamstown Soccer Club Inc ("Club") that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at Williamstown Soccer Club at 6.00pm on Wednesday 25th October 2017 at Williamstown Soccer Club, JT Gray Reserve, Kororoit Creek Road, Williamstown VIC 3016. The general nature of the business of the meeting will be as follows: 1. Report of Club Activities 2. Review of Club Finances and Banking 3. Special business as set out here or as submitted by members in accordance with the Constitution for inclusion as special business: 4. Election of Office Bearers and Club Officials for 2018 Notice of Motion A member desiring to bring any business before a general meeting may give notice in writing of that business to the Secretary who shall include that business in the agenda. Proxy votes Each member shall be entitled to appoint another member as a proxy by notice given to the Secretary no later than twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which proxy is appointed.
